TYPES OF DATA WE COLLECT
WEBSITE COOKIES - Like most websites, the Ayrshire Art website uses cookies to collect information. What we will do with your information?
Our website allows you to view our products and create an account to purchase goods. All the information we collect from you will be processed by staff in the United Kingdom. This information is required to process and deliver your order (NO payment information is stored or processed on our site). The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by logging into your account. If you find any inaccuracies, please contact us via the Contact Me Page and we will delete or correct it promptly.
We do not have a mailing list and we do not send out marketing emails to customers. The only emails you will receive from us are your confirmation of order or emails regarding the processing or delivery of your order. Other emails you will receive are related to your order and will come from PayPal to give details of your payment. If you choose to have your order delivered by courier, you may receive an email to give information regarding the delivery of your order.
THIRD PARTIES
PayPal – If you choose to pay for your order via PayPal they will collect your details and payment information. We do not have access to your payment information.
Courier – Your address and contact details are given to the courier, so they can make the delivery of your order.
Additionally, we may be required to disclose information about you if required to do so by law such as a law enforcement authority or other government officials.
STORING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
All information regarding your orders (we do not have any payment card details) is stored securely by us.
All information stored by the third parties is not for use in a manner that affects you in any way; they will not give any other organisation access to the personal data; it will be stored securely; and they commit to permanent deletion of the information if, or when, this becomes possible.

At Ayrshire Art we take security very seriously and make shopping online safe in our web store. your browser will go into secure mode as soon as you access our website pages. Before you enter any personal or payment details, you can check that you are shopping in a secure environment by looking for a locked padlock by the URL.
Payments using a Paypal account go through the secure Paypal gateway.
