We aim to ship your order within 5 days (although it is normally sooner!)

As all my candles are made fresh for each order please allow up to 5 days for your order to be shipped.

Postage costs are calculated by weight. To find out exactly how much the postage charge will be, place the items you require into your basket and proceed to the checkout. You will need to have logged in or created an account in order to do this (which is free of charge). The postage rate will be shown on the first checkout page. You can still cancel the order at this point in the checkout procedure by simply closing your browser.

We ship using Royal Mail 1st Class (UK only up to 1kg) and Standard Parcel Post for all other orders.

A courier service is also available for orders up to 25kg for the flat rate of £7.99 (UK Mainland Only).

Returns can only be accepted if goods are in perfect condition and have not been used or opened. If for any reason you need to return an item, please contact us via the Contact Us Page.   Please do not return items without informing us first, as this will only delay any refund that may be required.
